Supercluster
Formed Spring 2007 as a recording project by Vanessa Briscoe Hay (Pylon) and Hannah Jones (The New Sound of Numbers). They recruited a dream team from Casper & the Cookies (Kay Stanton and Jason NeSmith), Bob Hay & the Jolly Beggars, the Squalls (Bob Hay), North Georgia Bluegrass (Bill David) and E6 member John Fernandes.They are occasionally joined by Bryan Poole (Of Montreal, late bp helium), and have been joined by cellist Heather McIntosh and pianist Damon Denton.
They were joined in the studio for the CD Waves after the passing of Randy Bewley by Bradford Cox who helped complete 3 tracks. Additional cello by Hana Hay and Sarah Cabaniss.
